A dark force was known to be among those here, and while they thought Kanbabrif challenge enough to deal with, the law of the flea remained. For they had come up against the greatest force to exist. As they went to slay Suzaku, he melted into the shadows, a chilling laughter haunting the air...

Suzaku has left the game. His role was as follows:

Role: Necromancer
Alignment: Cult
Flavor: Born from a dead mother, taken in by strangers afraid of you, you grew up fascinated with mortality. You studied the dark arts, and delved deeper than anyone had ever dared to before. You’ve traveled through time and space, been killed and resurrected, pulled at the very threads of reality and reshaped them to your will. None has come before you with the power you wield, for you are the Necromancer.
Power: Your powers are indeed vast, however, they are fueled by properly corrupted souls. Your last few attempts to recharge your powers have been thwarted, and left you short of your true potential. What you need is to rebuild your base of power, and for that, you need to spread darkness to the people. Each night you may bend someone to your will, and force them down the path of damnation. Never before have you needed to carry out this task so directly though, and thus, you are vulnerable. If any harm comes your way, you may once slip through the fabric of reality to avoid it, however, if you are forced to do so a second time, you will be cast into Limbo, and not be able to find your way back. When someone is turned to your will, they’ll retain their powers, for you are not making mere mindless servants, but rather polluting their souls to make them loyal to you.
Win Condition: Total Factional Domination.

Also, Xenomortis turned up dead in his study.

Xenomortis is dead, his role was as follows:

Role: Good Apprentice Wizard
Alignment: Wizardry Masons
Flavor: You still have a long ways to go in your study of mage, however, you’ve started down the path of an evoker. When the High Wizard came to you and asked for your help in rooting out the evil that had taken hold in the ranks of wizards, you agreed to help in any way you could. You are the Good Apprentice Wizard.
Power: You are able to cast one first level spell per cycle. Your prepared spell list is as follows, read viewtopic.php?f=53&t=71196 for spell descriptions. All references to good and evil are reversed.

Spells Remaining: Bolster
Win Condition: Eliminate all anti-town factions.

Four remain, Three to hammer! Giving this game until the same deadline as before, if you all need that long, you are doing something wrong.

Day Eight starts now!

Weve got the recruiter and theres no way anyone would have bothered recruiting me. So if the game doesn;t end one of you or stubbs must be scum. My guess would be u as you haven't mentioned any results recently. Assuming that the standard lose your power on recruit applies.

Can I just say, while all eyes are on us, that I think Lataro did an absolutely phenomenal job creating this game. I had an idea of doing a MetaMafia along the lines that this game was created, but I could never have done it as well as Lataro did. The integration of so many games seems to have been done flawlessly. Cheers for Lataro.

Hear me out. Stubbs has had several anti town cop results in a row, yet has not been killed. We know there is a kill left because xeno was just killed, so it stands to reason stubbs is the one with the kill. I was a lowly culture subject. Suzaku is dead, I'm harmless. How about we lynch the one with a kill?

Competely wine but I was thinking similarly. Although my best guess would be cult recruit as they would want to use his cop power to take out the evil wizards.

Also I think its too late as you have been hammered but just in case.

My thinking was that US-cult and Stubbs-town was more likely than US-town and Stubbs-cult in my eyes. Sorry if I'm wrong.

Well my previous result was Snark town.
He's still town because I used my jailkeep on him.

I already know wam is not town, and Xeno was attempted to be murdered last night too.

So my cop on you makes perfect sense, USN

If wam is indeed a survivor, the game is over.
If not, I'll jailkeep him until the end of eternity.

I'm a bit surprised I wasn't culted or killed actually.

Everyone to some degree or another is self focused. It is the nature of our limited perspectives as individuals. When you step back though and consider just how big the world is, and from there, how big the solar system is, to the galaxy, to the universe... you start to see the truth of how small each individual is in the grand scheme. When you consider the multiverse, each universe is smaller still than that individual. Gathered here, the best of the best formed bonds, allegiances, betrayals, and fought to prove to all others, that their existence mattered.

Slowly, they were cut down, trying to find out who among them needed to die, so that they may live in peace. They lost allies, saw bitter enemies fall, and grew to understand each other. It is in that understanding of the collective group that one finds true purpose, true life. As the final sun set on those gathered, reality faded with it. This illusory world made to bring them all together was returning to the shadows from which it came. Soon, they would all awaken again, back where they belonged. Hopefully, they would take back with them a better understanding of the multiverse.

The game has ended with USN's lynch, she was culted. Town has won the game! The following players have earned the following wins:

Good Protection Wizard Snark has earned their win.
Good Apprentice Wizard Xenomortis has earned their win.
Mod's Bro wam has earned his win for not claiming, his win for surviving, and his bonus win for being the only indly left alive at the end of the game. (Triple Win)
Mega Man Aardvarki has earned their win.
Inherited Mega Man Valius II has earned their win.
Worf dimochka has earned their win.
TVRBO just_me has earned their win.
Resistance Member roband has earned their win.
FPTSLBOOIA BigNose has earned their win.
CBJ StubbsKVM has earned their win, and their bonus win for redirecting an anti-town kill back against it's faction. (Two Wins)

Google Doc with complete role PMs, assignments, and all actions taken can be found here:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HaQ ... sp=sharing

Good game all! Town played extremely well. StubbsKVM was extremely effective with their bus driver and jailkeeper ability.

To clear up the confusion the day roband and Diemo died, I had made a mistake and forgot to roleblock StubbsKVM from just_me's vote. My mistake could not have happened to another player who effected so many others. Diemo should not have died that night, but there was nothing I could realistically do about it after a role reveal as mafia. I am sorry for how this effected the game.

So, I killed myself in the end? Nice one Stubbs, and good game town. Powers were used pretty well and the masons honestly had us fooled.

Sorry everyone for my activity issues, and for the Evil Wizards' generally rather crap play! We never really got going this time round.
