No weight I was just cold earlier so I did a few exercises to get warmer.

Edit:
2502+20=2522
Two sets twenty pounds.

Some of these were various drills done for low reps, working towards a one-arm chin. Ended with a set of 16 standard chins.

Good luck on the one arm chin up. I've never been able to get close to one of those.

Top set: 55lbx6. Lost a couple of pounds, making chins easier, but making my upcoming deadlift PR attempt a bit worrying.

Lost a little more weight and failed my deadlift PR attempt, and ran out of time to do weighted chins at the gym. Did three unweighted sets instead.

First pull-ups ever! (Actually, chin ups, if you're being pedantic; 4 of them on Monday, 5 yesterday, still pretty happy about it.)

Unweighted set of 10 a couple of days ago to work out a kink in my right trapezius. Escalating weighted chins today, up to 3x3 at 70lb. Attempted #4 on one of the sets, but didn't quite get high enough to call it a good rep.

Didn't have time for weighted chins at the gym today, so I did some unweighted chins at work. PR. I guess heavy low-volume chinning has some carryover.

EDIT:
2865+19=2884
Ascending weighted sets, up to 70lbx4 (PR). I'm starting to smell that 90lb single.

goddamn. grats Nath.

3075 + 19 = 3094.

Still unweighted and over 3 sets, but I've been gaining like 0.5 - 1 lb per week. Woo.

Math's off. Did you do 26 or 16?

31x0+18=31(x+1)8, where x is 1 or 2.
Top set: 75lbx3.

I'm guessing it was a matter of forgetting to carry the one.

3138+39=3177

2x12 with 20 lbs. plus 15 unweighted I did the other night after coming back from the bars.

Edit:

3177+21=3198

2 sets 25 lbs.

Edit 2: woops. I flipped the one and the three at the front of the number. Fixed now.

Top set: 80lbx3. Planning to go for a max single by year's end. At least 90; maybe 100.

EDIT: damn; twerked something in my right shoulder, possibly during that 80lbx3. Either way, I've taken a few days off heavy chins. Did some unweighted chins and pull-ups to get some blood flowing through the area.
3267+33=3300
That 1RM is going to have to wait until next year.

Four sets of 5. I'm gonna need to start looking into how weighted stuff works some time next year, but obviously I'm still a way off right now.
