A night at the Clintons

Postby gistick » Wed Sep 23, 2009 3:03 pm UTC

Well, I thought it was time for a tribute comic to XKCD, so I ripped off his angular momentum idea with a "corollary" of my own.

No offense.. but all of the comics I looked at of yours look like rip offs of the xkcd comics.

Are you even taking the bodies of Randall's stick figures and just removing the heads?

Back that statement up. What have I ripped off? The rest of them are to my knowledge my ideas. The style may be similar to xkcd but not the ideas. He doesn't have a license to plot things that are funny or to make puns, but he did come up with things to plot and things to make puns about.

The ideas and appearances of the comics in general maybe? Just seems quite similar.

Yes, I would agree with that. Minus his artistic ability(my artistic ability plateaued at the level of making a good free body diagram). But one cannot remove the heads from his comics and replace them with electrons or k-mesons literally.
