Projectw.org does non-torrent trades. You end up getting linkes to Rapid Share and megaUpload though. I am pretty sure that's worse than torrents unless you are behind a packet sniffer.

Over the past several days, when I have a spare moment, I have been digging through every page of this thread, searching for titles that catch my interest. After raiding all 121 pages, I have filled about six pages of my mini-notebook with song titles. Now that I'm finished, it's time to get to business and start hunting them down.
