Whenever an Ork tells me to "SOD OFF!" in DOW I giggle.

Some of the Chaos ones are good as well. "Sanity is for the WEAK!" also makes me laugh.

I am Andrew Ryan and I am here to ask you a question:
Is a man not entitled to the sweat of his brow?

No, says the man in Washington; it belongs to the poor.
No, says the man in the Vatican; it belongs to God.
No, says the man in Moscow; it belongs to everyone.

I rejected those answers. Instead, I chose something
different. I chose the impossible. I chose...Rapture.
I really don't share Ryan's ideology, but there is still something impressive in the opening speech of Bioshock. Along the same lines, later in the game there's that (really spoilery)
Spoiler:

Basically anything said by Fawful:
Your lives that I spit on are but a caricature of a cartoon drawn by a kid who is stupid!

I HAVE FURY!

I WILL HAVE FURY! I LAUGH AT DEFEAT! I FIGHT WITH RAGE! I HURT YOUR FACES!

I am waiting like an elevator.

Fawful is on the cozy couch, sipping tea that laughs at you!

You are like brainless cats that are too dumb to know they are stupid! You have curiosity... ...But my tale is long, so long it makes babies old and hairy lips grow grey with aging. Do you dare hear?

FFIV I think.

Also, from Uncharted "NAAAATE" or "OH GOD, NAAATE!" whenever Nathan dies because I hate his guts and watching him die gives me great satisfaction. That's the thing about uncharted, either I get somewhere with the gameplay or I watch Nathan Drake die, it's all good.

Basically, most of the dialogue in the Thief games is awesome.

Also, on a DOW note, I always loved the sing-song "Orks, orks, orks, orks, orks, orks, orks, orks!" ... though it doesn't really come across when written down...

I guess that's what makes him a better charactervillain than just a generic evil overlord yelling "ha ha I'm evil!" He's still pretty much a caricature because he has pretty much no other characteristics, but nevertheless he represents an actual ideology that has followers in real world too.

-------

Today I remembered another quote from another game. In Sanitarium there is a woman who speaks in rhymes. The one thing I remember her saying is
Player: Excuse me, what's your name?
Vera: My name is Vera, I think it sounds nice, I ate my husband with carrots and rice!
Edit: Ha ha, I'm evil...err, I found the piece of dialog and corrected the quote. Actually, now that I have the dialog data open, I'll paste you more of Vera:
Player: Where is that awful music coming from?
Vera: I like this music, it's got a great beat, it makes me want to stay on my feet!
Player: Do you know anything about the other patients?
Vera: They'd be yummy in my tummy!
Player: What do you mean by that?
Vera: Chop 'em all up, put 'em in a pot, add some potatoes and see what you've got!
Player: Umm, okay. Talk to you later. Bye.

Player: What do you think about the record that's playing now?
Vera's answer 1: I don't like it, but that's okay, I'll dance again some other day!
Vera's answer 2: The music keeps bouncing, around in my head, it makes me wish that I were dead!
Vera's answer 3: It sounds like the ocean, and makes me feel sad, cause I'm stuck here forever for being so bad!
