I think it's okay to do so during Madness. When I notice people trying to evade them in unclever ways I'll usually make specifically targeted changes for those evasions.
Unless stated otherwise, I do not care whether a statement, by itself, constitutes a persuasive political argument. I care whether it's true.

Report when there's suspicion of shenanigans but no evidence (and tell us the suspicion). Report for obvious rule breaking as Mods aren't everywhere and cannot see everything quickly. Report if there's the suspicion that someone's being shitty but not enough information to determine.

Don't report just to make a silly joke. If the joke's good, post it. (Does not apply to all forums)

Yes, if an avatar had a scene from Avatar: Dances with Wolves in SPACE, it would also be an Avatar avatar.

Well I've 'evaded' that way (maybe U saw it), but it was in a post-aside aside in a reply to a newbie (myself being barely out of the forum-registered diapers, also, I know) and it might have been confusing to someone of such freshness to have talked about his seven-plus-one posts, so far, when it was just seven-minus-four posts that had been made, and to which my reference concerned, so I provided a handy (if evasive!) back-conversion to help for the duration...

Let lunacy roll, of course, but forgive me for not finding a funnier way of dealing with it, so far. I'll get the hang of it just as it ceases, no doubt!

With "six" do you mean the successor of four or the successor of zero? Both map to six.

Though I guess you mean that number 1 was number 6 instead of number 6 being number 2, because number 6 blew up number 1 and thereby became numberwang.

I actually find it less readable when people sidestep the filters this year. When the fun began I started just mentally replacing words out. The numberfuck is throwing me off a little bit, but it's still mostly readable otherwise. (I fully realise that it's got a ways to go yet)
Kewangji: Posdy zwei tosdy osdy oady. Bork bork bork, hoppity syphilis bork.

Is it cheating to rephrase in order to avoid a word-modification? And am I supposed to report the ones I've found, or simply enjoy them?

Let me just say, I now know which word becomes "twerk", and I decided to use "adjust" instead.

Paraphrasing and finding synonyms are acceptable. The ones that annoy me (and that therefore usually get added to the ranks of substitutions) are when people use look-alike characters or weird spacing or punctuation.
Unless stated otherwise, I do not care whether a statement, by itself, constitutes a persuasive political argument. I care whether it's true.

Who doesn't? Even Cartoon Network does it from time to time.

And now there's a show I need to watch just to get context on how the hell anyone thought that was appropriate to air at normal Cartoon Network hours.
