Interesting that this AMA, even with such little information being disclosed, was apparently banned. Sometimes lack of information is information itself, and that seems to be the case here. I expect SpaceX is working on stuff that may not be disclosed for over 10 years. And some ideas they may have would be a complete disaster for them if leaked (e.g. SpX planning to relocate HQ to Mars and declare independence from Earth)
plus the obvious: not letting the Chinese steal technological knowledge.
