It's like punching Group X in the face as a joke. The puncher treats others as objects for their own amusement. They don't think they're wrong & apologize only because of fallout & selfish needs. In my rulebook, the puncher can go fuck off.

1. The term "obliged position" shall refer to a miscellaneous mark on a player indicating special responsibilities allocated to them for the purposes of the game.
2. In the event that the context is clear, the term "obliged position" may be shortened to "position".
3. The term "assign" shall refer to the marking of a player with a position.
4. A player may be assigned an existing position by a passed motion.
5. In the event that the context is clear, the name of a position may be used to refer to a player assigned that position.
6. A position may be marked "exclusive".
7. Only one player may be assigned an exclusive position at a time.
8. All existing positions, their responsibilities, and players assigned to them, and any marks on them such as, but not limited to, exclusivity are to be listed on the wiki.
9. A new position known as "record keeper" is to be established.
10. This position is to be marked exclusive
11. The position of record keeper shall have the responsibility of keeping the wiki up to date with the current gamestate.
12. The term "week" is defined as a period of 7 days.
13. The player assigned record keeper shall be payed 15 points a week for the completion of their duties. The first payment shall take place upon the passing of this motion.
14. In the event that the player assigned record keeper does not update the wiki within 5 days of the gamestate being updated, they shall be fined 15 points and unassigned from the position.
