Floor 77 contains replicas of the Crown Jewels, and a how-to guide on cupcake baking.

"Therefore it is in the interests not only of public safety but also public sanity if the buttered toast on cats idea is scrapped, to be replaced by a monorail powered by cats smeared with chicken tikka masala floating above a rail made from white shag pile carpet."

Floor 80's contents are instantly forgotten by anyone not actively looking at them. It is therefore falsely believed to be empty.

They don't mind.

Well that's just ridiculous. They don't need quarantine. They just need somewhere to wait for the algiogenic venom and muscle relaxants to wear off.

Floor 85 has the information boards telling people how to safely and politely interact with various alien species (for example: never try to "shake hands" with the Phtharraphaeraea), along with a sign urging visitors to come to this floor before going anywhere near floor 83.

Floor 89 conatins the complaints office for the galactic council. It's sticking out of the building at a right angle, and the ground has rotten out. It's been a while since someone complained to the galactic council.

Also, I just realized that by pure coincidence, floor 32768 will be the first floor in space.

Floor 106 contains the dimensional folding machine that allows all those floors with infinite size to exist. It also prevents the inevitable gravitational collapse of storing an infinite mass in a finite space.

Floor 110 contains a device that kills the nearest cancer cell at precise millisecond intervals. It's hidden somewhere in the walls. Any time anyone actually finds it, it emits a very loud Wilhelm scream and a flash of pink light, and the entire maze is rebuilt, randomly, with the device hidden somewhere in the walls again.

Floor 112 has nothing at all in it except for the stairs or elevator. (Except empty air, that is.) Many an unwise visitor has fallen down into the sewage on floor 111 and drowned by stepping of the stairs at floor 112.

Floor 116 has been specially reinforced to withstand a direct impact from a Boeing 737, has distinctive external details and is at the exact centre of the crosshair superimposed on a stylised image of this skyscraper featured in three internal government publications so far ... just in case.
