Floor 1202 I MISCOUNT is the floor where everyone rapidly clicks pens to talk. AND it's very annoying and you wanna have them stop and they just, keep, clicking and clicking their pens? And bad flirting secretaries drop their pens and pick them up in tight and short skirts and stockings so it's all legal and you don't see anything yet... why they drop their pens and pick them up suggestively? You some secretaries' ladies and women's boss not they dates.

1204 Floor is the floor of girls that can't do math. None of them. So don't asks them to balance your checkbooks or bank statements or even do simple adding and subtracting because they shall miscount every, single, time... and in their numbers illiterate opinions posters above shouldn't abandon the numbering scheme of the xkcd skyscraper threads. Fun facts: Originally the women of the can't do maths dept. thought the number was 1999 instead of what it really was, then they change it to a number that was again not correct before looking back at the poster Soupspoons's post to see the correct previous number and arriving... at... the current number.

Floor 1207 contains bad fortune cookies fortunes. Like, "You shall cross paths with a black cat." Or, "You must face your problems in life without blocking your vision." Some of them just have the company's logos on them and no actual fortunes. Some of the fortune cookies themselves are hard and inedible. And... sometimes, they have news articles lines instead of fortunes, movies actresses quotes instead of actual real fortunes. Bad, injustices and travesties to real actual advice re: fortunes cookies everywhere on Floor 1207.

Floor 1209 houses the Grand Council of the Grammar-Nazi Regime. However, they are currently having a heated debate over the Oxford comma, and take no notice of the blatant grammatical and structural errors of the nearby floors. Except for Floor 1208. They have already taken care of that one.

Floor 1211 is the floor of makeups. There are every kinds of makeups for women and girls available: Lipsticks in all shades and colors, blushes, nail polishes, eyes shadows and eyes liners... mascara, lip gloss... even foundations. And women and girls come here c-constantly to: Restock their makeups, reapply new ones, or apply their first coats of the day. And they don't wanna share the makeups they find so... you have to get your own stuff if you come to Floor 1211. It's OK tho' 'cause like: There's all kinds of makeups and you just choose whichever ones you wanna. They even have... manly makeups like guy liner. And guys can come here too to put on makeups. We won't judge them for not being women or girls.

Floor 12112 has a lifeboat station, the volunteer crew coming from nearby floors when alerted by pager, and drilled weekly to keep them in practice. Surprisingly, there has never yet been a call to launch the lifeboat (the Marine Duchess II) down the ramp out the side of the building. (Which is probably for the best. The weekly practice has not included the launching itself since the incident with the Marine Duchess I and its crew.)

Floor 1217 contains a real-life version of Life, the cellular automaton. If you've got fewer than two or more than three people standing next to you, you pop out of existence. If there's an empty space with exactly three people next to it, a new person pops into existence, complete with memories that make him think he's existed all along.

As far as anyone can tell, the people popping into existence are always brand new ones; they're never identical to people who previously popped out. However, there's an understandable reluctance to experiment very thoroughly, so this impression could be mistaken.

Yes, the Mirror of Erised shall show you whatever you wish for, with the price that you can never actually take it from the Mirror and make it your own....

Floor 1222 contains a working (if very primitive) ansible. Both ends of it, unfortunately; they're bulky and have to be kept at a temperature near absolute zero, so can't be moved from Floor 1222. And the bandwidth is 0.5 baud. But still: if you want to communicate a very short message to someone standing right next to you, and want that message to travel faster than light, you can do that here!

Floor 1224 contains a tiny therapist. It gives you advice about your emotional problems. Very tiny, high-pitched, feminine advice. It is a woman as if you could tell because it/she is so tiny? And she wants you to know that opening up to her is OK. It's OK to be a tiny bit vulnerable around a tiny therapist woman who just wants to help you get emotionally fit and better again. Just be aware: Sometimes the tiny therapist gets passionate about her job and can be rather... unorthodox in the ways she helps her much taller and bigger clients.

Floor 1226 is empty.

Maybe the description intended by the Builders of the skyscraper is something like "Floor 1226 contains wax busts of everyone who has ever won an Olympic medal while representing Tannu Tuva". But if so, there's not really any way for anyone to figure out what the intended description is; all empty sets look alike.

Floor 1237 is an... airy-fairy, feminine, trans* woman who wanna: Buy pretty pretty dresses, skirts, makeups and high-heeled shoes. She smokes sometimes and even wears lipsticks while smoking to look classier. Unawares that she leaves lipstick smears all over her cigs' filters. And she wears trendy, clingy, tight clothes and acts very flirty and provocative. Every times she makes plans for her life: Pink snows comes into her mind, she whimpers a bit and feels overwhelmed. So she goes back to flitting femininely airy-fairy through her lives, making plans to primp herself, brush her hair and look good rather than make plans to be smart, competent, get her GED or learn anything else new like how to drive? Oh, and she's very afraid of the futures, of getting old and of never finding a life's mate for herself or even getting married? And her name is Kimberly Rachael, "Kim" or "Rach" for short.
