Re: Inspirations

Pretension and elitism is just a side effect of liking good things (in whatever you like) without wanting to spend your time proselytising. I really admire a lot of hipsterism. It's like cultural grazing, taking the best parts of a century of popular culture. Not feeling bound to any ideology, which...

Chinese Chicken Curry Stir Fry.

The cabbage pot is the stock that the chicken was poached in before being shredded and coated in a spicy marinade. I added a little to the rice to add flavour.

Good shout!

Oh, also I phrased it a bit awkwardly in my last post - I'm fine with the game not being very casual if it's COOP or 1v1, it's just if you're expected to play with 6 other people that I need it to be casual.

You wouldn't be able to get FDA approval or EMA assent for asprin or paracetamol if you discovered them today. Modern drugs tend to be safe, just of questionable efficacy. You're not wearing the bulletproof vest, thousands of poor people (usually Indians) wear the vest first.

The version I heard was that it was gretchen and snotlings that did everything - the spores on a planet would produce them to mine and scrap and farm squigs until a war industry was ready, then orks would smash them down and force them to maintain the war machines/ use them as ammo.

Seems to me that a State could make whatever choice it wants as to whether under 21s are allowed in drinking establishments.

I take it there's a general consensus between legislatures?
