not at all, the angle is the same only if you choose c=1... which is the only reasonable choice, otherwise this diagram is useless

here's simplified version of experiment: we have a glass tube, a small piece of glass which friction would be less than capillary forces, and mercury droplet. will it move to the right, and why not, if no?

### Capillarity question.

imagine circle tube horizontally alligned, with no air inside and one droplet of water. since its surface tension is equal on both ends, it doesnt move anywhere. now if we were to sprink small amount of soap on one of its ends, the surface tension there would be smaller, right? so the droplet starts...

I actually figured that waiting for the model idea (either from others or from myself) isn't worth it, and went on with constant spread speed on the ground + air routes data for "network" effect. The end result is fun to play with, but no matter where in the world you start the outbreak, y...

### Re: GNU versus BSD

GPL people tend to be really silly about this though, in that if a library is released GPL, they want you to either dynamically link it, or if you statically link, you have to release the whole thing's source. The FSF's position is that dynamic linking is enough to require your program to be GPL'd....

I think what all you "rights to sentients" people are missing is that your choice of threshold is just as arbitrary as "rights to whites". In some aspects it may be better by modern standards, but it is still another rigid dogma.
