Re: League of Legends

When you are split pushing, how far behind is your team? If they are too far behind that wont work. They have know how to D (which youve already said is a problem) and they have to be somewhat close so the at least have a chance at surviving under turret. 3) If you can 1v1 reliably position yourself...

Re: League of Legends

Nope, after I hit Gold 5 my MMR fell to about S2/S1 in MMR terms and I get all that crap every game all the time now. Its a miracle when I get 3 competent people on a team. (Non bitch on topic stuff): About Lee sin, hes is so much fun with all his maneuverability but I find that my usefulness drops ...

The real problem was they couldnt think of a good solution for fixing buying your way into uber end game gear, instead of grinding for it.

Re: League of Legends

My win rate when I hit Gold absolutely tanked, and I dont know why. I had 0 trouble getting to gold, and even made it to about 90 LP with no losses. But I played last night and lost 6 games in a row. This was a small break from the 1 game I won at the end of a 4 game loss streak prior. Still only l...

Nope, game was good for 100 hours...but that was it for me. It just didnt offer enough to keep me interested once I sold off a big item on the AH and mostly maxed my gear.

Re: League of Legends

I think I need to take a break, im like 2-12 for my last 14 games or something absurd. Most of those I started well....but still just failed in the end. When winning early as lee I find it so hard to get my team to capitalize on my early ganks and go for dragon and turrets, or if they want it we can...

I generally go Hydra and all other tank items on Lee, so Its not like I'm squishy, I just don't feel I'm that impactful late game other than hopefully lee-kicking back their bruisers from my adc. I've played Lux and I'm pretty good with her, but I find I either get hardcore counter picked (think fiz...

Re: League of Legends

Whew, im glad I hit gold earlier. Ive been on a massive losing streak. I went from like +15 games to +2 from .500. At first I was just sucking hardcore, but now its just that I cant carry. Often im getting scores like 10-4-10 or 9-5-8 type deals while starting in lane at like 5-1 or 6-1, but then fa...

Re: League of Legends

Jayce works top...Elise too. Tbh, pick a ranged champ you like and practice with them at top. Then you have a ranged champ top that hopefully your good enough at to win the lane with. Thats really how you gain ELO...get stupildy good with 1-2 champs that even if you get counter picked, you still win.

Re: Cool games on the interweb redux

Spent a fair bit of time over the last few days playing Dungeon Robber . It's based on something Gary Gygax came up with in 1979, but it's been slightly updated. Anyhow, you're an adventurer exploring a randomly generated dungeon. Kill monsters, loot treasure, try to survive. Question, are your cha...

Yea, sometimes you mess up by not ganking soon enough, other times its a choice. Like if I can get my vayne fed, trynd just wont matter, and you go for that and hope you can pull it off.

Re: League of Legends

It can actually matter what champion you are losing against. If its something like a trynd or a fizz that will just kill one of you then run off or get a double kill, then its better to have your laner play super passive and safe and you can attempt to jump in under your turret if hes getting dived.

A couple of points about carrying and winning and such: - Some champs can carry much harder than others if you are skilled with them, I.e. a 8-0 fizz if much much scarier than an 8-0 Kassadin. Akali, Irelia, and Jax are also good choices. - If you are winning team fights, please do not go farm the j...
