Re: Gay: Full of hate or just another swear?

I'm sure you can see where I'm going with this. If the word "gay" is used to describe things that have a fairly well known "link" with things considered homosexual in nature, it isn't quite as insulting as someone saying "aww dude don't be gay" or "well that was g...

Re: Twilight?

The main complaints that I walked away with after watching the film were these two: 1) Speaking quietly is not a replacement for acting! Bella actually spoke normally about once in the movie, and Edward wasn't much better. 2) Why did Edward look like a clown? Did they have a proper reason for amping...

Re: Fleeting/Random/Thoughts (Random like the plague)

I haven't seen Up, but WALL-E made me sad. I don't get why so many people found WALL-E to be a sad movie. I guess it's because I only get really sad at things that don't get resolved to be happy - if someone dies and it's clear they're not coming back, I'll be sad. If they're probably going to be o...

I apologise for my slightly bizarre absence from the game.

I just suck at non-Mafia strategy, and that's all that you folks seemed to be discussing. So I didn't really have much to say. I'm hoping with the urging of the mods to play Mafia properly, I'll be able to contribute properly.

1984ia The latest post by PossibleSloth got me thinking: It bothered me too. Asking the cop to investigate you doesn't even begin to "prove" your innocence. I definitely wouldn't put it past OOTD to start introducing cops of variable sanity into this game. I don't bloody trust ...

Well, you can remember that it is exceptionally unpainful. With mine, they prick you on the finger to collect blood to do some quick tests (probably haemoglobin or something) before they actually draw your blood. That prick is more painful than the needle. Um. I also find it helps to remember that i...
