Learning to handstand

Lately I've been trying to learn myself how to do a handstand. I started out against the wall. In the beginning I couldn't even kick myself high enough to get my feet against the wall, but that is no longer a problem, so I am showing progress. Now I've been trying to do it without a wall and I can g...

I actually thought the first half of the trailer that the OP posted was good. After that it went downhill.
If you want to see a good trailer:
Cloverfield (the movie itself was kind of dissapointing though)
Note: You are supposed to see that trailer in Imax.

names of muscles

English is my second language so I only know the words that are often used in books and conversations and such. When I'm browsing these forums there is a lot of talk about different muscle groups and all kinds of fitness terms. I know some of the basic ones like abdominals (abs) or bi- and triceps, ...

Have just done the third day of week 2 on the right most column. Everything went well, except for the 15th push-up on the last set (max). My arms just gave up on me.

btw, what are you supposed to do in the resting time? Sitting, lying, running around, jumping, eating a sandvich?

If you were a superhero/mayor-company-CEO/ruler-of-the-world/something-cool what would be the song/theme people would hear when they saw you walking (or flying if you're a superhero)?

I would say 'O Fortuna'.

While that helped, it was another problem causing this:
I was using

Changing it to a direct link solved it.

I'm learning php and I'm trying some stuff with writing and reading files. Okay, I get annoyed by a lot of things on TV. Here are a few: 4. The fact that commercials are so goddamn LOUD.
