Re: [SAFESPACE] LGBTIQQA Thread - Queer Support!

Except ... Conchita Wurst is actually the stage name of Drag Queen Tom Neuwirth. When in her stage persona as Conchita she prefers female pronouns, but when not he is definite Tom and is on record as NOT being trans http://wiwibloggs.com/2014/04/06/conchita-wurst-transgender/45930/# . I find these discussions hard to fathom sometimes. To me it is self-evident that here is no human being on this planet whose life should be considered as worth less than a television. There is no human being on this planet who deserves to die. There are plenty of human beings on this planet who act ...

The only reason I knew about it was when I got challenged in the forums of a WWII FPS a few years back (Battlefield 1942). Prior to that I was unaware of its negative connotations.

@solune, no. @klear, Roughly, DNS is the service used to translate a hostname (http://www.xkcd.com, for example) into an ip address (107.6.106.82) so that your browser can give it to your protocol stack in a form it understands. A DNS server is a server that performs this translation (by querying ot...

Leaving Russia in economic ruins - which is what an all-out economic war with the West would bring - would not be such a great legacy. Begs the question or raises the question?

If the former, I'd say it's probably closer to ignoratio elenchi than petitio principi. If the latter, then I assume the question raised is whether or not a well-regulated militia is, indeed, necessary to the security of a free state.
