Well in FF, accesskey triggers are meant to be alt+shift+letter, but on a typical Windows system, Alt+Shift+P loads Windows Media Player, and I couldn't get Alt+Shift+N to go to next. And it has consequences there as well, I know people who have lost their jobs are been blocked from further promotion due to such. It is a good thing to keep in check.
