Re: Construction incosistancies

4) Megan only brought one short top board, unless she had both short top boards in 442. This isn't clear. So: 1) Where did the 4th pole come from? Was it always there? Here's a theory: after C says they can't build any higher and walks off, M seems to be looking back and forth in frames 415-417. Ma...

Re: Construction incosistancies

Some Stuff Some More Stuff To be fair, the ground could still be made up of non sand substance. Even if it is a non-sand substance, it seems to behave the same as sand based on the building of the sandcastle and the lack of use of tools when digging etc... Unless they happen to be playing in a gian...

Re: 1190: "Time"

Megan did pour something in the holes, though - I assume it was some sort of concrete. The bucket's still sitting at the top of the left platform. I'm guessing you've never set a structural post. For this type of post in loose soil or sand the post should have somewhere between 1-1.5 feet below gro...

Re: 1190: "Time"

Ack. I've been sick for two days and missed everything in that time. Thank goodness for Aubronwood. True dat. As one who is called to the Outside for many newpix at a time, I would be lost without aubronwood. (I read somewhere that "newpix" is heretical, but I must have missed that part o...

Oops, I misplaced the /quote in my last post. Sorry to put words in your mouth, edo. Or in your keyboard, as the case may be.

Re: 1190: "Time"

I suppose I could start my own religion, but that sounds like way too much work. How do I prove myself worthy to be a Revered Apostate? Do bribes work? You must provide a paradox to be worthy, however, no one can deem your paradox' worthiness*. Bribes work only on the uncorrupt members of the Apost...

Nice to know that the useless knowledge stored in my head is at least correct.

Re: 1190: "Time"

Overwhelming forces from the Outside pulled me away for many newpix. I see the Timewaiters have been very busy. "We are the knights who say ...... wait for it ...... dery." Hang on, I got that wrong somewhere. The Knights of Ledgen... wait for it... d. I'm afraid that, since your first pos...

Re: 1190: "Time"

I'm afraid that, since your first post was in the Externalities thread, you're not eligible for Cardinalship. You could, however, become a bishop, but as I said earlier I won't nominate new bishops today. D'oh! I'm sorry, but I hope you will continue waiting with us Timewaiters. What other choice d...

Re: 1190: "Time"

Hi, all. Long-time lurker, first-time poster. (Well, ok, I posted in Externalities, but first time in THIS thread.) I don't wish to sound too demanding, but according to the wiki, I believe this makes me eligible for cardinalship: "Any long time forum lurker who registered in solely to post in ...

My thoughts exactly. About the fifty-foot woman, that is, not falling off my chair.

Re: 1193: Externalities

Ok, I was gone all weekend. I'm trying to get caught up, but I'm not doing too well. Also, I am not a enough of a geek, so I am very confused by some things. First, why is everyone talking funny, bedid and all that? It's not talk like a pirate day. Also, I went to the almamater page and put in my sc...
