Re: A personal letter against socialism and Obama. Reactions?

Well, here are some things that jump out to me: 1: The letter isn't signed with anything but [NAME], which places it in the same realm of reliability as Joe the Plumber. See, when Joe approached Obama, he said his income was higher than it really is. This is important because Joe the Plumber showed ...

Some people claim that the Electoral College is needed to prevent candidates from only focusing on the most populous areas of the country, but I would maintain that the EC causes candidates to only care about swing states. The way I see it, this means that the GOP will (somewhat) concede the Obama-experience issue, but in return they will have neutralized a large part of the Biden attack dog. Biden can't smash Palin as much as he normally would, because it could be perceived as "beating up a girl." So, the O...

The death threats uncalled for, however. The officer should have to pay whatever burial/cremation fees the couple had to pay to dispose of the dog, as well as issuing an official apology. Being fired seems a bit harsh, too. Maybe he should also front the money so they can just 'buy another dog'. As...

It is essential that a certain amount of the population procreate. We don't all need to, and in fact I'd say that it's essential that not every single person procreate. I just fail to see the difference between this and banning sterile people (or people who just don't want kids) from getting married.
