As others have said, a lot of water before going to sleep usually works. Also a glass of orange juice, strong coffee and a bacon sandwich in the morning. And lots of sleep.

Originally I was going to vote for the Metro. A free paper can't be beaten :D so instead I voted Guardian as that is what I read at my parents house.

I hate really flat areas of land. Maybe because I've grown up around hills and mountains, but I just get twitchy when its flat.
