There's a brilliant SF book by Gertrude Friedberg, "The Revolving Boy" (1966). A delightful book! Read it many years ago and never figured on encountering it again, it being kind of obscure. But where else but on xkcd. :) Jose Seconded! (I just logged on here to check whether anyone else ...

Well, I got the 'golden hammer' bit - what I don't understand is where Wolf Blitzer fits in. I mean, I know who he is - but is there any particular reason why either BHG or Randall Munroe should take an interest in him or his boathouse?

Is it such a good idea to freak the hell out of some sort of secret organisation? I just don't think you've thought this through very well...... Actually, the only reason you haven't disappeared yet is that every time you say "I know you're listening", someone somewhere in a secret control...
