### Re: 2091: "Million, Billion, Trillion"

That is why you get the cardinal -iards terms in the long scale.
So you go Million (10^6), Milliard (1000 Million or 10^9), Billion (10^12), Billiard (1000 Billion or 10^15), Trillion (10^18), Trilliard (10^21), etc.

### Re: 1702: "Home Itch Remedies"

Got a doctor saying that heat treatment for around 5 mins (don't burn yourself, use about 40 degrees C) helps to denature the toxic from the bites and thus keeps the itch milder. Only works within 1~2 hours of the bite though.

### Re: What-If 0140: Proton Earth, Electron Moon

If i understand this right, the energy comes from the force needed to push the electrons together. But if they magically appear close to each other, there shouldn't really be any energy, should there? I mean, it's called "potential" for a reason. The potential energy of the electrons repe...

### Re: What-If 0140: Proton Earth, Electron Moon

If you put two electrons together, they try to fly apart. Electrons are positively charged, and the force of repulsion from this charge is about 20 orders of magnitude stronger than the force of gravity pulling them together.

Emmm...
Electrons are negatively charged...

### Re: What-If 0096: "\$2 Undecillion Lawsuit"

Not going to help in the question, but a pretty Famous lawyer(Barrista) in Hong Kong charged HK\$150,000 a day in court back in 2009(likely somewhere at least over 180k now, but I'll still use 150k), with 6 underlings each getting their own pay by the client separately. A full day in a HK court of la...

### Re: 1268: "Alternate Universe"

I may or may not have ingested spiders at some point in my life. What is undeniable is that a spider once tried to ingest me . Never saw her, either, just woke up one morning with a row of five equally-spaced (and incredibly itchy) welts in a perfectly straight line down my forearm. I figure she wa...

### Re: 1268: "Alternate Universe"

I must say, different cultures eat a different variety of foods, no offence, but the Americans have a really narrow variety and is afraid of too many things. Things that I see individual Americans are afraid of include, but not limited to: mushroom, because its a fungus and some fungi grow on feet (...

This reminds me of 2 things:
1) The Freefall comic (can't find the right one, but it is about tweeting all possible combination of letters and dictionary words and storage capacity limits)
2) There are leap years. =_,= (super evil grin)

### Re: 1135: "Arachnoneurology"

And that reminds me that I actually know how to silk a spider, so I can make a spider silk sweater without learning Arachnoneurology.
Too much work and too much food I need to feed the spider(s) though.
