Re: "No Pun Intended" Discussion

dammit now a bunch of people will be doing this and it will be really annoying, but they will only see it as funny.
Don't get me wrong, this was hilarious, but now people will beat this horse, and it will die, and they will just keep on beating.

You know you are tired when you call your friend and say "Ok, lets go to this party" and then you wake up and it is 12 hours later and there are a bunch of missed calls on your phone.
Still pissed I missed that party.

Just remembering back to starting my own... probably when Z.A.K logs on today. The only way to make it start on the 26th for everyone would be to wait for it to be midnight on the international dateline. That is in 3 hours 40 minutes. Since Z.A.K probably is just going to start it sometime during th...

it seems reasonable to assume that smoking any kind of plant on a chronic basis will increase the cancer risk. This is reasonable to assume unless there is a chemical in there that is stopping the cancer from developing. And, if you still aren't sure that something in the weed is doing that, go bac...

Re: Marijuana: Beyond Physical Health

It's a bit difficult to beat a Wiki source and all it's sources, for information. Any mind altering substance is pretty much a bad idea if done all the time, or in some cases, done ever. But that can go hand in hand with all the food we eat - pumped with artificial hormones, or the things we drink ...

Also, christ, people, quit criticizing every bit of the comic and just enjoy it, or go check out another comic. This one was downright hilarious, even if it wasn't a perfect flowchart. Also, the end was (for me) the best part. Yes, he could've said "Let's go call the ackerman function with gra...

I would say there are some parts to human nature that won't change and some that will. However, some aspects I would expect to change because it is not like just ...

One of the basic ideas from Christianity is that you must unquestioningly follow everything Jesus wanted under threat of torture (hell). Re: Escape from Raptors

The fault in your logic is that you assumed that it is safer to be in the presence of flaming raptors than the presence of regular raptors, but you were wrong. The raptors, in their confusion, run around eating things and/or setting things on fire due to their own fiery presence. One of these "...

Yeah, honestly, I just went back and read this strip again, and it reminded me of a salvia trip. A lot of people go to a fantasy world... then they find some way out of it, perhaps like this comic. I don't really care either way it goes, but I would want the system to be true to it's smallest decimal place. That is, if we DO retire the penny, we better get rid of nickels and change quarters. Also, instead of coins we should have rings (think sonic) so that they can all be held on a chain inste...
