Aaaaaactually.... The night sky is not bright because radiation from the Big Bang (or creation in your example) has red-shifted into the cosmic microwave background radiation. But, you know, semantics.

From what I've experienced it not only looks at the previous word but also context. I'm not really sure how it makes up sentences I've never written however.
