Re: Confessional Thread - Confession Not Found

Confession: I've developed a creepy fixation with my new iPod Nano. It's my first ever MP3 player, but I'm starting to take creepy to whole new gollum-esque levels. Even if I'm not going to listen to music, I take it with me - just so it doesn't sit unprotected in my room.

Re: The Dark Knight.

I keep seeing the new film posters at the local theater. They're just these really simple, creepy advertisements that show kind of a frosted screen with red and green smeared into a crude smile, with the "Why so Serious?" thing at the top. Very badass.

Yeah I'm not sure how they could portray Dent in this film at all (Aaron Eckhart, though? That -- they're really good at casting! First the Ledge, then replacing Katie Thing with Maggie Gyllenhaal, and now Eckhart?) but do you reckon he's in Dark Knight as an origin story and as...

Re: The Dark Knight.

Supposedly it all takes place soon after the events of the first movie, so it's entirely possible Scarecrow is still on the run. As to Two Face, it's been widely reported that Aaron Eckhart has been cast as Harvey Dent, the district attorney that becomes two face. Whether or not he will be ...

I picked up the hardcover back when it was new, and fell in love with it. It just has this beautiful writing style, coupled with really smart, snarky jokes. Plus, as you said, it's not Tolkein. I think I'll reread it over winter break. Absolutely fantastic book that I just kind of fell into for seve...

The I Am Legend trailer was much more brutal, IMHO. EDIT: Talking about the Dark Knight trailer in the showing OF I Am Legend.
