Re: Screechings of the Great Unwashed (Meander to the Morgue

HULK thinking of starting a 'interesting medical news thread' in N&A. Would anyone else other than me be interested in it? At the moment I generally put them in the other news thread. If your thinking along the lines of breakthorughs, preferably with journal articles to support, I'd read that. ...

Is more then likely a binary watch. Quick bit of google'fu reveals plenty of square design ones. Cannot find the exact one though, will let you know with a link if I find it.

Standard procedure over here is give way to the right a roundabout, very unlikely to have many junctions like that with four 'give ways' arranged like that.

At night, if unsure, flash headlights once or twice briefly to indicate for them to proceed first

Manual cars are the only cars worth driving in my opinion, and maybe a decent semi.
As soon as a car becomes automatic, it loses some of the appeal. I change gear when I want to, not when the manufacturer wants me to.

It removes some the element of fun from driving.......

Why am I so bloody clumsy.
Just stubbed my toe on the end of the bed so hard, I've drawn blood and the toe is no longer its usual shape....
There is also a considerable amount of pain.

To top it off, I have no strong alcohol in the house to deaden said pain.
