And roller coasters. I don't get those either. Why do people enjoy scaring themselves? :roll: Roller coasters aren't scary, they're fun. Obviously not if you suffer from motion sickness, but otherwise the sensations of weightlessness (and increased G forces) are pretty widely considered pleasurable.

Fahrenheit is perfectly viable for measuring ambient weather temperatures. The 0 and 100 are actually useful in that situation, with 0 being very cold, while 100 is very hot. Both require extra precautions but are completely survivable. Compare Celsius where 0 is a bit chilly and 100 is near-instan...
